Il nostro soggiorno in questo appartamento è stato compromesso da una serie di gravi disservizi.
1. Riscaldamento assente: nei giorni invernali, con temperature esterne intorno ai 7°C, l’appartamento era completamente privo di riscaldamento. Questo ha reso l’ambiente interno freddo e sgradevole.
2. Doccia inutilizzabile: l’acqua calda non superava mai una temperatura tiepida, rendendo impossibile fare una doccia confortevole. Mia moglie, particolarmente sensibile al freddo, non è riuscita a lavarsi normalmente.
3. Wi-Fi instabile e debole: la connessione internet era spesso assente o troppo lenta. Mia moglie lavora esclusivamente da remoto e aveva bisogno di un Wi-Fi potente e continuo, che purtroppo qui non c’era.
4. Problemi con il gas: la domenica, quando probabilmente l'impianto era sovraccarico, il gas veniva a mancare o era talmente insufficiente da non riuscire nemmeno a riscaldare una pentola d'acqua. Questo ha reso impossibile cucinare e ha persino causato il danneggiamento di una nostra pentola.
