We arrived to a beautiful, clean well equipped cottage. Colin, our host, was very friendly and helped us to settle in.

The Annex was a peaceful location with views across the hills. It’s a convenient location for the Eden Project and the beaches around St Austell. The annex is a good base and has a home from home feel. John the host is very friendly and welcoming.

Helen and Paul must be two of the nicest and kindest hosts we've met. After a 6 hour drive, to arrive to a cream tea laid out in the apartment was truly a lovely touch. One of the cleanest places we've ever stayed, they'd literally thought of everything you could need. You name it, it was there, potato peeler, sieve, cling film, foil the works. The stay was beyond what was expected. A beautiful site that also offered absolute privacy.

Penny & Roy were the perfect hosts at their hidden gem holiday lets. So we had a great stay in their cosy ‘Little Willow’ cottage, a great retreat, with all the amenities/comforts you could need, along with some lovely, thoughtful extras provided! Watch out for cute little Roo, their friendly ittle dog! ✨

We had a fantastic stay at Miners Cottage for one night while attending the Eden Sessions. It was absolutely perfect for the four of us. The cottage was spotlessly clean, beautifully presented, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We were greeted with a lovely welcome food hamper, which was a really thoughtful touch and much appreciated. Communication with our hosts was excellent from start to finish, making everything easy and stress-free. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here...

We had an incredible stay in a beautiful location. Lovely see views from the balcony (perfect for morning yoga). The upside down living made the most of the views. The two rooms, one with a double and one with 2 single bunks were perfect for our family of 4 with 2 pre-teen children. Everything was clean and homely. We loved taking the footpath near the front of site from the main road, down to Port Garverne at the for see dips and dinner at Pilchards where the flavours were delicious, and also...

Superb location, metres from the slipway and harbour. Close to costal footpath and walk to Port Gaverne, restaurant, pubs and cafes. Very cosy cottage with wood burner. A few minor things like no fridge light, a few cobwebs but nothing to put anyone off. Well equipped kitchen and rear shared courtyard. I would return!

We had a lovely stay at this pretty and comfortable pod. Jean was very helpful and friendly and pod was very well equipped and laid out. No wasted space but plenty of room. Great shower, oodles of hot water and plenty of power points. Wi-Fi excellent and plenty of cosy touches. Thoroughly recommend for those who want a property that’s tucked away but the host is at the farmhouse nearby. We will be back! Thank you for a lovely, relaxing stay and cuddles with your dogs!

Spotless.big bedrooms.lovely kitchen.close to all amenities.one parking spot .when we had 4 cars.4 couples.not great for parking.only thing that lets it down slightly.but overall excellent

We had a lovely stay for two nights at 4 Meadow. The Jacuzzi was amazing. Beautiful surroundings. Family friendly. Wifi was really good as well. In a nutshell, we had all we needed for our mini break.

Quiet, well-equipped, comfortable and in a good location with lovely beaches and places to visit all a short car ride away.

The property was fairly easy to find, with off-street parking. It was impeccably clean and tidy. The host (living next door) was friendly but not intrusive.
