The food and food managments were outstanding.
Front desk staff need more training to know how to serve guests, 1st room the AC was faulty but staff insisted it's ok!!
Finally they agreed to change the room, room was infested with ants and not up to standard.

The grounds outside are well kept however the rooms needs some major refresher, the mold in the washroom, the drain in the shower doesn't drain properly. The beds are very uncomfortable. The entertainment staff is by far the best part of the resort they are friendly and nice. The buffets has allot of variety but it's always the same food daily. There are 2 restaurants but they are also buffet.. the Asian is awful that evening our 6yr old, my husband and I all got ill. We addressed it with the management which didn't do much apparently it was "isolated" on our last night we ended eating in a restaurant in the agadir city and it was delicious! Unfortunately for the value spent the resort is not worth it.
