Our luggage was lost and we literally had only the clothes on our backs and a few other items. We had already been traveling for almost 24 hours. The front desk person (Keisha?) was AMAZING. She sympathized with our situation. Knowing we were exhausted, needing a drink, then bed, she noted two bars were open at the hotel and we had our three rooms adjacent in no time. After having some wine, I asked if there was a pantry, sundry shop, or nearby convenience store to get toiletries. It was below freezing and coming from the Bahamas, no warm clothes. She asked me to wait back in the bar. She arrived a bit later with a medium sized bag, full of essential toiletries for the seven of us. We were so thankful. All staff was amazing, including bar and valet staff. We would have liked to explore more but getting home was our first priority. Great job making all of us feel relaxed and welcomed. Thank you"
