"The apartment is spacious, clean and tidy, modern, and well appointed. There is no shortage of great restaurants nearby. In 5 days, we never had to repeat, although it was tempting.Now... the apartment is inside the ZTL, and the rules are a bit confusing and complicated. There is a car park near the cruise ship terminal, and that's where you should park (it is also inexpensive). It is about 1/2-mile walk from there to the apartment. It was never clear to me if we could drive nearby to unload. Thank god for roller bags.if we visit Livorno again, we would probably stay there."

"Well, on the positive side - the hotel is new, especially the bathroom. Big walk-in shower - no phone booth - and it has a closing door. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Hotel is very clean. It is well located in Livorno - close to everything. It is also very quiet from street noise, a hard thing to say is always the case in Italy."

"Fantastic place! Very clean, front desk staff great and helpful, and room wonderful- smallish but sufficient. Best aspect of hotel was location-frequent city bus to and from train station came down main road (via Grande) with stop near hotel."
