Casina Simonetta is located in Vittoria Apuana (Forte dei Marmi, Versilia coast), just 700 m from the sea, in a very quiet condominium context, surrounded by greenery. The villa boasts in fact a private fenced garden (about 200 sqm) with lawn and covered patio, equipped with a dining table for 6 people and wicker armchairs.

At the back of the property, through a side gate you can reach a large park (about 1000 sqm) and a pool (6 x 12 m), open from 15 June to 15 September. The pool is shared with other condominiums, and is equipped with sun loungers and deck chairs.

At guests' disposal there is also an outdoor laundry area.

Uncovered parking is available along the street.



Internal Description



Casina Simonetta is set on one single level, on the ground floor, and can accommodate up to 6 people.

The property is provided with Internet Wifi and air conditioning. Pets are allowed on request at an extra cost.

From the covered patio you access a living area with sofa, tv and dining table. Following you will find two bathrooms with shower, and a modern kitchen (equipped with oven, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher).

The sleeping area consists of: 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with bunk beds (suitable for 2 children), and 1 twin bedroom (with joinable beds).

Included in the price: Utilities (water, electricity, gas); Internet Wifi; house, garden and pool maintenance.



Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (250,00€); pets allowed on request (30.00€ per animal). Tourist tax (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from €0,50 to €4.00 per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).



Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 500.00€ security deposit (credit card), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages. A deposit for waste disposal (150,00€) is also requested, and it will be returned if the waste is correctly disposed of.
