We supply a limited number of bath towels, washcloths, and hand towels. We do not provide beach towels, laundry detergent, seasonings/spices, zip locks, or liquid dishwashing detergent. You can pick up your favorite items at nearby stores like Walmart, Publix or Winn Dixie. A coin-operated on-site laundry facility is available for Guest use located on each floor. Wi-Fi ⭐ Our property provides Resort Wi-Fi and is considered an "open/public network." The Wi-Fi info will be found in the property binder on the kitchen counter. We know WI-FI is essential to everyone. However, we cannot guarantee the internet speed or signal strength. We have found that our Wi-Fi signals are not optimal during peak season due to the number of people visiting our area. We suggest you bring your hotspot device if you need high-speed internet during your stay. \*\*Bring your passwords for streaming services.\*\* Don't forget to log out when you leave. PARKING ⭐ Parking is available for 2 vehicles in the uncovered parking lot. The Garage is for owners only. Guests are not allowed to park here or will risk being towed at your expense. POOLS ⭐ There is one community pool. The gate code will be sent with your vacation door code and beach access code a week prior to arrival. . No alcohol or glass is allowed near the pool area. You are not to use this amenity if you have consumed alcohol or are pregnant. You are not permitted to add anything to the pool, including bath salts, bath bombs, etc. Any damages or extra cleaning resulting from misuse or additives will incur damage fees of $500, including the total replacement cost. Please review and adhere to the Safety Precautions sign next to the amenity. Use the amenity AT YOUR OWN RISK! No jumping or sitting on the hot tub cover. Any damages to the cover will incur a damage fee of $500\. Please note additional rules for more info. SECURITY ⭐ Our property currently does NOT have an entry camera, but the resort does have cameras. If you touch or tamper with the cameras, you will be asked to leave the property immediately without a refund and will be held responsible for any damages. PETS ⭐ Absolutely NO PETS. Due to the health and severe allergies of the host we cannot accept animals of any kind in this unit. If you bring a pet of any kind, you will be charged an additional $500 per pet and be asked to leave. BOOKING You must be 25+ to book The person booking and paying for the reservation must be a group member staying at the property. Read, review, and sign OUR rental agreement within 48 hours of booking and before check-in. No events or parties are allowed. CHECK-IN/CHECK OUT Check-in any time after 4 pm CST. Check-out is any time before 10 am CST. EARLY ARRIVALS We would love to accommodate early arrivals. However, it is nearly impossible during the busy season due to increased traffic delays and a limited workforce. Therefore, if you have an early flight, please plan to book an extra day so that you may check in before 4 pm. If that isn't an option, one of our favorite public beaches is Pompano Joe's in Miramar Beach. It offers large bathrooms, plenty of parking, and a beachside restaurant. Our PCB properties have many options for public beach access, but our favorite would be Public Beach Access 54-57, right in front of Pier Park! Since we are always on a tight schedule, we ask that all guests depart promptly at 10 am CST. KITCHEN Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, bakeware, glasses, mugs, plates, flatware, cooking utensils, coffee maker, and fire extinguisher located under the sink. SMOKING NO SMOKING on the premises. You will be charged a minimum of $1000 fee for smoking inside the property. REFUNDS Absolutely NO refunds or discounts due to weather, natural disasters, or any other situations beyond our control. It was an affordable option for a great location. The place did not provide extra toilet paper and paper towels or soap. So make sure to bring extra. The beds were semi-comfortable but did the job! Our one single issue is that the owner needs to be much more forthcoming with information about the “beach access” that comes with the property. When you walk out the steps to the beach, what’s in front of you is all you have access to. It’s probably about as big as the shop I have on my property at home- for everyone staying in both buildings plus people who aren’t staying in those buildings. Yikes. 2 of the days, there was absolutely no room to lay out 6 towels at 11am. Looked like a pack of sardines wearing swim suits! Wont come back to this one. ##### Amanda W. We have 7 people. 3 adults 4 kids and plenty of room. Straight across the road to the beach we walked back and forth all day no big deal. It is close to shopping and fantastic restaurants. The place was clean and spacious. I loved the location. The condo was literally across the street from the beach. Access to condo and beach was easy. I received all info prior to my arrival. The only thing I was bummed about was the no internet and WiFi on one of the days I stayed due to Hurricane Sally. I was notified about and the issue was fixed . The condo is furnished nicely and beautifully. There’s 2 bathroom and 2 bedroom and a pull out sofa which comes in handy for our big group. The view is beautiful and the parking and the elevator makes it easy for us to go up and down. The pool is nice but it’s not very big but we still enjoyed it otherwise. They have a private gate access. This was very helpful because we have kids and senior adults in our group, so they didn't have to do a lot of walking. Although the condo building is kinda old already, I love the condo unit itself because it has a very functional set-up and very cute decor. Basic needs are ready in the kitchen, bedrooms and baths. Really enjoyed our stay. Our first night the lock wouldn't let us in. Guess the battery died. The on call Maintenance guy was very helpful and got us back in our rooms.
