All 3 bedrooms of our stunning penthouse condo are gulf-front, offering you views of the pool and the gulf from every room! Southern Heirs was fully renovated as of January 2019 and features top-of-the-line upgrades. Enjoy the convenience of no stairs and the all-on-one level floor plan that our spacious Penthouse offers. Floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding glass doors make up an entire wall in the living area and open directly to one of the large furnished patios. The gated patios offer direct access to the resort’s Gulf-front swimming pools and 600 feet of private beach. At Southern Heirs you are literally steps away from the famous white sand beaches of Destin! FLOORPLAN ⭐The Master bedroom includes a King bed with an adjustable bed base (yes, seriously), comfortable bedding, a large flat-screen TV, direct access to the beach/pool, and a walk-in closet. You will absolutely love this bathroom! ⭐The 2nd Guest bedroom is a few steps down the hall and has a King bed with an adjustable bed base (yes, seriously again), large flat-screen TV, a private exit to the beach/pool, and amazing views of the Gulf. The connecting bathroom includes a granite countertop vanity and a new walk-in shower with oversized showerheads. ⭐Our 3rd Guest bedroom features a custom-built Twin over Queen bed, a reading area, a vanity/desk, and a flat-screen TV! And of course....a sliding glass door with another access to the beach/pool. Across the hall from this bedroom is the completely updated full bath. ⭐The dining area is complemented nicely with a beautiful dining table that has seating for 6\. All other vehicles will park in the uncovered lot which is first come, first serve. BEACH SERVICE ⭐ Vacationing at this resort gives you access to some amazing amenities. One of the top picks is the private beach access available to the resort guests. One Free Beach Chair Service which includes 2 beach chairs with an umbrella is provided during the season as noted. Seasonal March thru October only. Beach Service hours are from 9 am - 5 pm. Additional setups may be purchased at your expense. Please note however that canopies and tents are not allowed on the resort's private beach. POOL / HOT TUB / GRILL ⭐ There are 2 pools and hot tubs at this resort complex available for guest use. Don't forget about the community grills available for use as well! No alcohol or glass is allowed near the pool/hot tub. You are not to use this amenity if you have consumed alcohol or are pregnant. You are not permitted to add anything to the pool/hot tub, including bath salts, bath bombs, etc. Please review and adhere to the Safety Precautions sign next to the amenity. Use the amenity AT YOUR OWN RISK! Please note additional rules for more info. SECURITY ⭐ In an effort to protect the security of our Homeowners and Guests, the resort does have Surveillance Camera throughout the resort grounds. However, it is nearly impossible during the busy season due to increased traffic delays and a limited workforce. If that isn't an option, one of our favorite public beaches is Pompano Joe's in Miramar Beach. It offers large bathrooms, plenty of parking, and a beachside restaurant. Our PCB properties have many options for public beach access, but our favorite would be Public Beach Access 54-57, right in front of Pier Park! Since we are always on a tight schedule, we ask that all guests depart promptly at 10 am CST. KITCHEN Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, bakeware, glasses, mugs, plates, flatware, cooking utensils, coffee maker, and fire extinguisher located under the sink. SMOKING NO SMOKING on the premises. You will be charged a minimum of $1000 fee for smoking inside the property. REFUNDS Absolutely NO refunds or discounts due to weather, natural disasters, or any other situations beyond our control. Had issues with accessing the building because the main doors lock and the gate wasn’t working the first night. Called help desk who finally explained condo was on lower level and could only be accessed using elevator from a different building. I did not walk on it with bare feet had to put on sock or slippers. It brought the feeling of cleanliness way down. It’s an easy fix. They don’t even have to replace it, just throw it out! because the rest of the place is nice and there’s plenty of room and I love the location to the pool. All you had to do is walk out the door and you were right there Seriously a great place. Please just get rid of the rug. ##### Annie R. Being able to walk out to the pool/beach was very nice too. Furnishings in good shape. We have stayed in other condos in Silver Beach Towers over the years and the furnishings were always nice. The biggest negative about this unit was the kitchen. There was never enough ice in the ice maker. No large pot to do a shrimp boil. No non-Stick spatula to cook eggs in the non-Stick pans. Nothing large enough to steam vegetables in the microwave. No large serving bowls to serve in either. Low amount of silverware and serving pieces. There is a Keurig. The rental company responded to questions sent via email and text quickly and it was easy to call their office. Someone always answered the phone which is remarkable! ##### Lynn J. Overall the condo was great. We had to text the property manager for a couple of minor things, they were excellent in responding quickly. The owners do need to change out one mattress because it has no support left but other than that all was great. This is a first floor unit with direct access to the pool, so you don’t have a view of the ocean but otherwise it’s a great condo unit and building. ##### Janet J. We had the best stay at Southern Heirs. The location is amazing, being on the bottom level is perfect for small kiddos. The beach access was perfect and this condo is so spacious. The unit was very clean and very well appointed. The beds were VERY comfortable. It was very clean and well maintained and had all the amenities of home. Within walking distance to several local attractions. It is spacious enough and not feeling crowded. The place is clean. We had to do little bit shopping since there were no salt/pepper/cooking oil/dish soap in the property. Overall, we had great time. The beach and pool were fantastic. Loved being able to just step out on pool deck from our apartment. Everything worked great. WiFi was not good at all.
