Our family really enjoyed the pool but did spend most of our time on the beach which was great for two grandchildren ages 3 and almost 1\. We cooked most all of our meals in the well equipped kitchen. The house was great for our group of 9\. The walkway to the beach is just outside the front door. Little ones loved the pool. We cooked at home several times to avoid the crowds and the expense. Quiet beaches, great restaurants across the street or donuts and our favorite seafood store just down the street! The home is a classic beach house about location and family time outside. The beds are comfortable and it has the basic necessities needed for cooking. The management company does a great job from responding to providing the basics at the house. Reviewer Comments: Loved the gated community and semi private pool. However the walk to the beach is slightly misleading. Never visited this section of Emerald coast and so you have the long boardwalk to reach the beach plus the stair climb we weren’t expecting. Don’t bring a wagon to transport beach necessities!
