"Stayed two nights and would have expected housekeeping to come in once to pick up used towels and drop off clean ones...didn't happen. Expected housekeeping to at least empty the two small trash baskets...didn't happen. Was totally surprised at the charge levied for paying guests to park their vehicle...never made aware of it by Expedia or the front desk at check-in. Also, our vehicle was a GMC Sierra truck which had maybe 3 inches of clearance to the roof of the truck! Very SCARY!!!"

"Currently doing renovations so main lobby closed and used small entrance. Booked room with balcony but unfortunately it rained during the day before we got there and the chair pillows were left out to get soaked. Finally dried out by morning but made the balcony less appealing. Nice room, big bed and great TV. No parking (and valet parking is $45/night which seems excessive). No room service but plenty of great restaurants 4 minutes away on foot. Highly recommend "Elizabeth" around the corner on Wharf Street."
