  • Located on beautiful Hutchinson Island,Fl. and less than a 5 minute walk to the beach. This 1/1 condo is located in Ocean Village (a gated community) with 24 hour security. The community has just about every amenity you can think of. Swimming pools, tennis and pickle ball courts, shuffle board, a 9 hole par 3 golf course, sauna, exercise facility and more. On-site tiki bar at the main swimming pool with a sit down bar/restaurant just a few steps away. Many local eateries with waterfront dining within a 10 minute drive. Come and enjoy the beautiful sunrises.
