The hotel staff were really friendly. The swimming pool is excellent and the beach is so close and well kept. The rooms were excellent.
The hotel is situated in a compound. To get in for the first time a small fee is required. This needs to be made clearer.
I would recommend this hotel as it is a very well run establishment frequented mainly by Egyptians.

We had a wonderful stay at the Sheraton Montazah. After a disappointing experience elsewhere, the Sheraton felt like a breath of fresh air. The staff were professional and welcoming, check-in was smooth, and the rooms were clean and comfortable with a stunning view of the Mediterranean.

We can't find any faults to write about. The hotel has all you need for a good stay in Alexandria. Staff is very helpful. Room is clean, amenities great and breakfast choice very good. If we are back to Alexandria we will stay there

I stayed at the Hilton last year and thoroughly had a good time . The hotel is situated in a good location with many cafes and restaurants. It is a 15 minute taxi ride to San Stefano shopping centre where you have all the quality brands and prices to match. The hotel has an excellent Greek Restaurant overlooking the sea which is well worth trying. The private beach is great as it's not overcrowded and is secure with security at each end. You can also get snacks on the beach so no need to go...
