"Hany, the property manager, is the only saving grace of this. If it wasn't for him, we wouldn't have survived the two-week stay. He was so kind and helpful. The apartment wasn't located where the pictures indicated it was. There is no pool. It's in a poor and busy area. The apartment is not well kept. The kitchen is very run-down and doesn't have adequate utensils for cooking. The cabinets are dirty. The shower doesn't have controlled warm water. It was either cold or hot. The majority of the...

"The good stuff - the host met us as we arrived; focused on the beauty so we did not see the bad parts til later (our fault); amazing balcony view of the Mediterranean and footpath to the water; floors and bathrooms were reasonably clean; family-friendly beach nearby where umbrellas and chairs could be rented The bad - multiple windows were cracked, broken furniture legs, countertops dusty and greasy, clean but stained linens, no toilet paper provided. To be fair, the price was quite low,...

Great hotel, very cosy well furnitured rooms. The crew had a key role to satisfy the guests. few problems the guests who book to this hotel must know first there is no free parking as it is mentioned (in the booking confirmation) and i strongly recommend them to delete this misleading info second advice don't ever accept the 4th level rooms because there is massive noise and vibrations daily for more than 10 hours because of the wash machines and air condition central equipments. Finally the...

I stayed at the Hilton last year and thoroughly had a good time . The hotel is situated in a good location with many cafes and restaurants. It is a 15 minute taxi ride to San Stefano shopping centre where you have all the quality brands and prices to match. The hotel has an excellent Greek Restaurant overlooking the sea which is well worth trying. The private beach is great as it's not overcrowded and is secure with security at each end. You can also get snacks on the beach so no need to go...

We had a wonderful stay at the Sheraton Montazah. After a disappointing experience elsewhere, the Sheraton felt like a breath of fresh air. The staff were professional and welcoming, check-in was smooth, and the rooms were clean and comfortable with a stunning view of the Mediterranean. The hotel’s beach access and pool were perfect for our family — clean, well-maintained, and not too crowded. Housekeeping was consistent and respectful of our schedule, and we always had fresh towels and bottled...
