### Beautiful sea side view near Montaza Palace and Miami Beach + local shopping

2 bedrooms with 2 twin beds and 1 queen bed that can accommodate up to 6 guests.  
Luxurious and new furniture 2022  
It is near to Montaza Palace, Montaza Beach and Miami Beach. Near all shopping centers. Can visit San Stefano mall in 15-30 minutes by car.  
The apartment is only 5 years old and the view is fascinating. 3 minutes walking distance to the next available grocery store. Please give us 5 stars if you enjoyed your stay.
