  • Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this fully furnished, 4 bedroom/ 4 bath house in beautiful SW Cape Coral! The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, 2nd master bedroom also has a king size bed while the 2 remaining rooms are furnished with queen-sized beds, comfortable for sleeping 8 people. The kitchen is fully equipped and ready to make your favorite meals. Situated near the beach and on the canal, guests can enjoy an afternoon of hanging by the pool, walking by the water or enjoying their favorite water activity. There are 3 flat screen TV's equipped with DVD players in the home, beach towels and chairs are also provided. Bicycles are ready to ride in the garage! Two new kayaks are ready for you to explore the canals. Heated pool has a negative edge that overlooks the canal, perfect for relaxing and recharging!

Super special stay

We were three couples that were high school classmates many, many years ago. We had an awesome time. This home is beautiful and is stocked with whatever you might think you would need during your stay. The pool and lanai area is where we spent most of our time. Would love to visit again!

Wonderful property and hosts! Located in a quiet neighborhood away from the commotion of downtown. The location allows access to the west marina, Pine Island and Veterans Parkway without dealing with Cape Coral Parkway traffic. The house was spotless and beautifully decorated. Well stocked with houseware needs including LP for the grill. Great view from the lanai with very few distractions from neighboring houses. The host was outstanding, responsive and friendly during our stay. Our travel plans were up in the air due to severe weather, the hosts were very accommodating and understanding. We would definitely recommend this property!

Wonderful Thanksgiving

We had a wonderful thanksgiving week with family. This home is beautiful. We had such a great time enjoying the pool and canal. We will be back again next year for another terrific stay!! Everything inside and out was as expected. The owner checked in frequently and was so nice. The home was very clean and had everything necessary for a great stay!

Paradise!

We had the privilege of staying at this house for two weeks over Christmas and New Year's. We had the BEST time! The house is spacious and we loved that each of our three families had their own distinct spaces. The house was very clean and all of the beds were wonderfully comfortable. The best part, however, was outside! We spent most of our time in the pool or on the lanai and it was glorious! We had so much fun watching the boats and marine life. Of course, sunsets were gorgeous too! The weather was relatively cool during our stay (60s and 70s for highs) so we especially enjoyed the heated pool. It did take a couple of days to heat up, though, so if your stay is short, you may want to request the heat be turned on before you arrive. Lynne was a wonderful host and we felt very taken care of! Thank you so much for a fantastic holiday!

Entering the home and seeing it in real life blew us away!! Super clean, comfortable accommodations, spacious layout and gorgeous views out back. Sunsets to remember! Lynne the owner was wonderful to work with and a caring and gracious host. Having bikes, kayaks, fishing poles and an infinity pool kept us entertained. Best FL House!!

We were so happy with this home. It was so spacious and everyone had their own space especially with the 8 of us. It was extremely clean and well kept. The house is set up so well for the perfect vacation. The landscaping of the house is gorgeous! We were so delighted with the pool area, and we spent lots of our time kayaking and fishing in the canal! We will never forget this piece of paradise! Thank you!
