TOP FLORIDA's Villa Pearl in Cape Coral is just that - a beautiful, precious, shiny and one-of-a-kind treasure. This Villa is superbly equipped and furnished! There is a summer kitchen out on the patio, faux and mural paint finished inside, and a boat dock that has "Key West" written all over it! Villa Pearl is situated on a very large, oversized corner lot. Pride of ownership shows in every corner, and you can feel the love that went into every corner of this exceptional Villa!

Our guests enjoy an electric allowance of $50/week or $150/month and only pay over that per usage.

Please note, a full-size crib, pack-and-plays and highchairs can be rented from us as well.

You won’t be disappointed

From the booking with Dorit to walking through the door we were blown away with this home. The house is amazing , spacious and very clean. The pool was absolutely beautiful, used it everyday. Sitting on the dock was awesome and we had the sweetest little ducks visit us everyday, greeting us by the screen door every morning, made my day 😄 you won’t be disappointed in this home. We will definitely be back!

It was a nice house and pool was fun for the kids.

Our family had a good time. It was clean and comfortable. Pool area was fun. We actually bought some additional floats, some of the ones provided were ripped or had holes, and left them.. so enjoy!

House was great, very spacious for our family, three couples and two children. Nice size lot. Pool was awesome, good size and well maintained. House was well stocked, kitchen equipped well, plenty of bath and pool towels. Great VRBO!

Amazing getaway

My family and I had an amazing time!! We wished we could stay longer. The pool was big enough for 5 people (adults and teenagers) to play games and float around. There’s even an outdoor bathroom and shower (the pool is saltwater), which is very convenient! The lanai is beautiful and we spent many evenings outside. Also, the surrounding property is very pretty with beautiful plants and trees. Plus, we saw a manatee in the canal and a pretty big iguana just hanging around. The house was very spacious and clean. They had everything you could possibly need in the kitchen, plus some beach stuff (coolers, chairs, umbrellas, etc). I would 10/10 recommend. Plus, the location is pretty close to Fort Myers and Sanibel. Lots of stuff to do. Thank you for sharing your home with us!!

We had a great time the home is very nice and super clean. We spent hours in the pool there were days we didn’t even leave the house. The kitchen has everything anyone would need or want to cook with. Endless supply of towels!! Very easy to get around to different areas from. Loved this house! Wonderful for a big family of 7. Beautiful property with an awesome backyard. We unfortunately got here during hurricane esla, but it was only 2 days and then the sky cleared up and we had a blast!

2021 Family Vacation

We loved this house so much that we only went to the beautiful beaches 3 times in 7 days! The pool area was great for entertaining, dinner, sun bathing, swimming and relaxing in the shade while watching the pool games! The house was spacious, open and fantastic! Would recommend for families or your group of couples. This property has been added to my favorites list! Thanks for the awesome week away!

Good large house

We had a pretty good experience here. The house is fairly big, enough for 2 families of 8. The kids had plenty of room to be kids and for everyone to have enough space. The house was stocked with all your essential needs like in the kitchen and towels. The location was good. HOWEVER, the only downfall to this property is a neighbor across the little channel of water that kept complaining of our kids being too loud. My kids were playing in the pool once at 8pm on Christmas Day and once at 6pm and the neighbor complained they were being too loud. Like any kids they can rowdy, but it wasn’t passed the time ordinance and the second time it was still day light out. Overall though, our experience was pretty great.
