Modern Samsung kitchen and laundry room appliances and window/door shutters and shades have recently been installed. The contemporary kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and thoughtful extras. In addition to the Keurig machine, Cuisinart Coffee maker and wine fridge, guests will find a fully stocked kitchen that includes high quality stainless steel pot and pans and large roasting pan for those guests who prefer to enjoy holiday meals in sunny Cape Coral! While the chef preps dinner, enjoy drinks and snacks at the kitchen bar. Nearby, a large dining table has room for six to share sit-down meals. A convenient “pass through” window with outdoor granite counter is located between the kitchen and the outdoor dining table for guests that prefer to cook indoors, but dine outdoors. A golf course, bowling, and Sun Splash Water Park are all within a short drive. Drive 7 minutes to play a round at Hunters Run Executive Golf Course, travel 9 minutes for arcade games and bowling at Bowland Cape Coral, or head 11 minutes with the kids to Mike Greenwell’s Bat-A-Ball & Family Fun Park. So easy to communicate with. The house is as beautiful as the pics on the site. Wonderful neighborhood and we had such a nice relaxing trip. 6stars and would def recommend. We enjoyed the pool with a view of the canal and spent a lot of time fishing. It’s close to restaurants and shopping as well. Pat was a very good host and was prompt with responses. The kitchen as well, equipped, and had everything we needed. We will definitely be booking this property again next year for vacation. ##### Randall T. Everything was super clean when we got there and they had everything we could possibly need. Our kids loved fishing from the dock and spent hours in the pool. Location was great- close to shopping and restaurants but in a quiet neighborhood. Due to weather we didn't get a chance to use the kayaks but definitely would have if we had time. This was our 3rd visit to the area in a rental home and we all agreed that this was the best. We loved having our coffee outside on the lanai. It was so peaceful to look out at the canal. The kids enjoyed the size of the pool. It is very large. The house easily accommodated our family of five. The owners have thought of everything that you could possibly need, including a ton of information about where to eat and things to do in the area. It is a nice neighborhood, with nice neighbors! Then we opened up the window wall to the outdoor area and knew we were going to have a great month here. It never disappointed! We hosted both an older couple as well as our young grandchildren and the house was set up perfectly for both groups with 2 primary suites and the 3rd twin room. The pool was wonderful and felt private even with neighbors right next door. Great communication with the owners as well as Charlie (property manager). Would highly recommend this home for anyone staying in the area and know if we come back to the area we will definitely rent this again. ##### Carol T. The house is beautiful and is just like the pictures on VRBO. The pool is beautiful and there is plenty of space on the pool deck with more than ample seating and even a space to dine outside. There is a boat dock and if you have a boat you can keep it right there for easy access during your stay. The home is located within driving distance of many restaurants, grocery stores, specialty stores and attractions. The owners were very helpful from the time we booked the home. Staying in touch via email and sending us a list of their favorite restaurants and attractions in the area. They made sure we had everything we needed for a wonderful week in their home. We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home and will definitely stay again should our travels take us back to Cape Coral. ##### Edward J. This was our most successful and comfortable vacation yet. The bedrooms from the kids to the the two adults suits were perfect for the wind down at night. The house has obviously been well cared for and the location and amenities were exactly what we were looking for. The owners were very helpful and easy to get ahold of, even offering a lengthy list of favorite restaurants and activities. It had everything we needed. Very quiet neighborhood. Short drive to the beach. It was also very convenient to have beach chairs available. We were able to visit 8 different beaches around and enjoyed the river every evening. The pool was a plus for when the kids didn’t want to go anywhere for the day. We started out only staying a week but a couple days in changed our minds and stayed a week and a half. The property is amazing and stocked with everything you need!
