'BEST BUY' Affordable & Beautiful Waterfront Condo w/Sunbathing Deck
- Enjoy the comfort of this beautiful waterfront 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo. Our unit (ground floor) is located on one of the larger canals in Cape Coral & has all the amenities to enjoy a wonderful vacation. The unit has a screened-in lanai off the living area where you can sit and watch the boats go by or just enjoy the beautiful breezes blowing on the palms. Just outside is a large deck with a tiki hut for your relaxation and sunbathing. You can fish off this deck or one of four boat docks for your use. The heated swimming pool is located just above the deck which is shared with only 7 other units.
