    Vacation Villas #531 is one of the most popular beach-front locations in the area situated on the very North end of the island adjacent to Bowditch Point Park and walking distance along the white sandy beach of the Gulf to Times Square. The location makes traveling off the island to restaurants and event destinations usually a breeze. This corner unit is beautiful with new flooring, fresh paint, new kitchen and bathroom cabinets and appliances. With an abundance of windows, you have beautiful views down the beach. The swimming pool has been completely redone; the building has been completely refurbished, upgraded, and painted. For when you are relaxing in your lovely condo there is a large screen TV, and high-speed fiber optics internet.

Great stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very happy with our choice of places to stay. The condo was in a great location north of the island where it was a little bit quieter. Had the whole beach to ourselves. Condo is exactly what we expected ..clean, spacious, had everything we needed, including beach, chairs and an umbrella, extra blankets, extra towels. The view was amazing.. The only thing we would’ve changed were the beds. The beds were high-end beds where the heads rise electronically for watching TV or sitting up reading . We would’ve been happier with just regular beds that were a little softer. Otherwise it was a perfect trip. When we had questions about the things, it was very easy for us to get in touch with the host and get questions answered right away..
