  • Welcome to Santa Maria Resort condos. Located on the south end of Fort Myers Beach next to Villa Santini plaza on the waterway to the back bay. Easy beach access across the street. This condo is tastefully decorated and perfect for up to 2 guests. Bathroom has been redone as well as kitchen with new granite countertops and appliances, everything you need to prepare a gourmet meal. The bedroom has a king size bed and there is a sleeper sofa in the living room.
    Full size washer and dryer. Enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony that overlooks the canal. . You may even catch a glimpse of the manatees that frequent the warm canal waters. There is a large resort style heated pool and spa. Deck with grilling area and plenty of open parking. Boat rentals next door and miles and miles of white sandy beach. Minimum 3 night rental May through November, rest of the year 7 night minimum. The perfect getaway spot to relax, enjoy and unwind. Why wait, book your stay in paradise now!
