My family and I stayed here about 2 weeks ago and had a GREAT experience (2 adults, 9 year old, 4 year old). The place was INCREDIBLY clean - maybe brand new? The host provided us with everything we needed for the beach which was super helpful (wagon, chairs, umbrella, toys, etc.) and even ALOE GEL! It was awesome! We used the bedroom and the pull-out couch in the living area during our stay and both were very comfortable! My favorite part of this rental was the outside space. We had a direct walkout to a patio area, steps away from the pool, and just on the other side of the pool is an amazing deck which spans the property along a channel. I loved being able to wake up in the morning and take my coffee (YEP! Coffee machine included) outside to enjoy on the patio space in the warm sunshine. There was one parking space reserved for our rental which was totally fine because we only had one car anyway. The beach was a short 5-minute walk from the house which was perfect as we were able to pack up the wagon and head right on down to the public access. Something to keep in mind - there are several rental units in this property. We had the downstairs space which worked out perfect for us, BUT the noise from upstairs was a bit much in the early mornings. The folks that rented the space upstairs had little ones so the noise carried VERY easily. Just something to expect if you're considering this space. The pool is also shared between the other units but there were absolutely no issues with this considering we both had kiddos to entertain eachother. I think this property would be perfect for adults and perhaps "older" children (no infants, etc.). Coming from a parent perspective, the pool would've made me nervous not having it gated or anything..and there is only a shower (no bathtub) which was also totally fine because my kids have passed that stage anyway. ABSOLUTELY nothing wrong with this property and I would HANDS DOWN stay here again if/when we head down to FMB again. ##### Ashlei M. We booked last minute for a couple nights during the week and only wish we could have stayed longer! Beautifully decorated and had all we needed, (including the office/desk area!). The sleeper sofa mattress was comfortable for our two daughters, 12 and 14\. The pool, deck and outdoor area is amazing, such a comfortable area to hang out and relax. We even sat out by the water at night, and enjoyed the quiet nice breeze. The beach is a short easy walk, beautiful sand and so many seashells. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping close by too. The owners were very responsive and provided lots of helpful info about the area. We are already talking about when we can plan another trip! ##### Kelly R. Property was wonderful! Exceeded expectations! Very clean and everything (bedding, towels, kitchen, beach toys) appeared to be brand new! Mattress on pullout bed was so comfortable!! Wonderful location, very quiet when on property. Pool was clean and the lounge chairs SO comfortable for napping and relaxing. We rented bikes and this made our trips to the beach, shopping, groceries, etc. quick and easy. Communication with property manager was also quick and efficient! Thank you so much!! ##### Alyssa K.
