Situated along a canal overlooking Estero Bay, Hibiscus Pointe 764 is an A+ rated island beauty of a vacation home that will serve as an ideal getaway for up to six lucky guests. This absolutely fabulous 3 bedroom, 2 bath air-conditioned, corner penthouse condo offers large accommodations that give guests plenty of room to spread out and relax. Professionally decorated with brand new furnishings, this gorgeous condo is outfitted with loads of special items - a wine cooler, a wine rack, two plush power recliner lift chairs, huge large screen TV, brand new mattresses in the guest bedroom, brand new cookware, brand new coffeemaker and toaster oven, and many, many more extras to make your vacation experience the best ever.
The beautiful, open concept living area includes a comfy sofa, 2 power recliners, and flat screen TV for your enjoyment after a day of fun in the sun. There's also a lovely dining table for four for formal sit down dinners. Beyond the living area through sliding glass doors is the fantastic screened in lanai offering spectacular water views of the Bay and the canal below full of boats running by on their way out to the Gulf. There you will find more comfortable seating to relax and read a book while catching the tropical breezes coming in from the Bay. Patio furniture includes a table and chairs for 4 to enjoy outdoor dining or that early morning cup of coffee to start your day.
The newly remodeled, fully equipped kitchen offers all the extra's including a wine fridge, a full complement of brand new appliances, cookware, dishes and utensils. It's an eat-in kitchen with a table for two. Custom cabinetry, quartz countertops, tiled backsplash and a beautifully hand painted ceiling makes food prep a dream.
The large Master Bedroom En Suite has been professionally decorated and features a king sized bed, its own wall mounted flat screen TV for late night viewing, its own access to the lanai, and a gorgeous En Suite Master Bath with double vanities and walk in shower. There are two wonderful Guest Bedrooms - one with a king-sized bed and one with two twin beds - both with custom designed linens and decor. Next door is a newly remodeled Guest Bath with a shower/tub combination.
For your convenience, there is an in-unit, full sized washer and dryer; cable TV service; free WiFi to better look up our area attractions - all kinds of waters sports, fishing, dolphin tours, shell collecting, island movie theater, shopping, island bars, restaurants and night spots; a secured lobby; building elevators to take you to your top floor penthouse condo; private beach access and ample on-site parking.
There is a STRICT NO SMOKING, NO PETS policy which has been implemented for the health and comfort of all guests and the owner.
Hibiscus Pointe is an upscale, beautifully maintained complex bordered by wide canals that lead directly to the Bay in the exclusive Bay Beach area of Fort Myers Beach. Hibiscus Pointe amenities include a resort-sized heated pool and spa with an expansive area full of lounge chairs for sun bathing and tables and chairs for picnics by the pool, shuffleboard courts, and a fishing pier! Take the short ride by car or the island trolley to the north end of the island to Old San Carlos Boulevard with loads of new restaurants (and some old favorites), food trucks, bars and Bayside Park. Also at the north end of the island sits Bowditch Point Park with its turtle walk and lively beach where all the boats pass on their way out to the Gulf. You can choose to go south to Lovers Key State Park, where you can hike along nature trails, canoe or kayak along estuaries and bicycle amidst the mangroves or further south to exclusive shopping centers in Bonita and Naples. Santini Marina Plaza will offer you restaurants, bars, shops and a marina, where you can rent a boat or kayak and explore the Great Blue Waterway and mangrove back bays! The island's major supermarket, Publix, is open, as is Snook Bite Marina with its two lively restaurants on the Bay, and is just a 2-mile drive away.
We would like to note that there is still construction occurring on the island and the experience will be different than if you stayed on Fort Myers Beach prior to hurricane Ian. We have been hard at work to make the island beautiful again. Despite our recovery and rebuilding mode, we are ready to welcome visitors back and certain you will enjoy the beautiful white sandy beaches in their backyard.
