About this property

On the beach at the Sandarac . . . Sunset doesn't get better than this!

  • The Sandarac Association does not permit rentals lasting less than 30 days

    Very comfortable two-bedroom / two-bathroom classic 1,250 square foot beachfront condominium. Sixth floor unit with million-dollar unobstructed views of the Gulf & spectacular sunsets. The condo is located on the preferred "south side" of Sandarac Building A.

    Perfect for one or two couples! Fully furnished and well-appointed kitchen.

    Deeded parking for one car plus additional guest parking. Public transportation on Estero Boulevard takes you directly to the North end of the island where you will find the lively "Times Square," as well as the new Margaritaville Beach Resort (where it's always 5 o'clock apparently!).

    If you are unable to find or book your dates here on VRBO, please send a message to inquire. Send us any special requests you may have. We usually respond to messages within an hour or two.
