Welcome to this beautiful direct beach front condo with a wide sandy beach overlooking Big Carlos Pass. This tastefully decorated two bedroom, two full bath has tile and carpet, a private washing machine/dryer and a fully equipped kitchen. High speed internet access.

The master bedroom features a king sized bed, TV, private bathroom, beach views and lanai access. The guest bedroom features two twin beds and a private bathroom.

The open living room floor plan has cable TV and a screened lanai offering beach views. This is a ground floor inside corner unit. Carlos Pointe is located at the southern end of Fort Myers Beach and only a mile from shopping, dining and marina. Gulf side swimming pool, patio lounge areas, social room, indoor dining area with kitchen facilities, BBQ grills, covered outdoor picnic areas, secured lobby entry, lifts and trash chutes. Maximum Occupancy: 6 There is a STRICT NO SMOKING, NO PETS policy which has been implemented for the health and comfort of all guests and the owner.

The condo's amenities are balanced with the natural beauty of sand and surf on the Gulf. This holiday home's ideal location offers easy southbound access to the mainland. The quiet, south end of the island is the perfect place to enjoy the true island lifestyle.

Island times are back again! You will find food trucks, restaurants and bars opened, live music, fresh "pink gold" shrimp, and all the natural splendour this tropical island paradise has to offer, including our world famous sunsets.

Take the short ride by car or the island trolley to the north end of the island to Old San Carlos Boulevard with loads of new restaurants (and some old favourites), food trucks, bars and Bayside Park. Also at the north end of the island sits Bowditch Point Park with its turtle walk and lively beach where all the boats pass on their way out to the Gulf. You can choose to go south to Lovers Key State Park, where you can hike along nature trails, canoe or kayak along estuaries and bicycle amidst the mangroves or further south to exclusive shopping centers in Bonita and Naples. Santini Marina Plaza will offer you restaurants, bars, shops and a marina, where you can rent a boat or kayak and explore the Great Blue Waterway and mangrove back bays! The island's major supermarket, Publix, is open, as is Snook Bight Marina with its two lively restaurants on the Bay, and is just a 2-mile drive away.

We would like to note that there is still construction occurring on the island as Fort Myers Beach rebuilds. However, we are ready to welcome visitors back and certain you will enjoy our beautifully restored, white sandy beaches and turquoise blue Gulf waters.

We provide essential items to ensure a comfortable stay. This includes all linens and pillows, one roll of toilet paper, trial-size shampoo, conditioner and soap per bathroom.
Additionally, we provide a trial-size dishwashing liquid, a dish sponge and a roll of paper towels.
