If you're looking for a spacious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom poolside condo with a partial view of the ocean, this is it!! This is a townhouse with the Master suite on second floor with full bathroom providing privacy from your company. Junior suite with full bathroom on the main floor with lanai off the bedroom and living room. Enjoy morning coffee watching the manatees and occasional dolphin. Enjoy cocktails watching the sunset. Fully furnished kitchen where you can enjoy cooking. There are many restaurants within 1- 2 blocks walking distance. Additionally, there is a full service marina, CVS and bike and boat rentals within 2 block walking distance. Also if needed there are 2 medical clinics on the Island. Enjoy the largest heated pool on Fort Myers Beach at Santa Maria with a hot tub or a short walk (yes 1-2 blocks) to a private beach access or the public beach. A trolley ride will take you to Publix Grocery Store or all the way to Times Square. Times Square is where there are many eateries, souvenir shops and the Pier . A short drive to Lover's Key State Park will give you additional outdoor options. Naples is a short 20 minute drive for shopping and fine dinning or a visit to the Naples Zoo.

Condo was extremely clean with a amazing view of the pool, canal and ocean in the distance. Only con was something we already were aware of before booking. There are no restaurants within walking distance. The private beach was amazing and onky a short ealk away.

Condo was lovely as well as the pool and location to the beach. The only downside was the trolley was not running consistently-waited 1-2 hrs then called an uber. No restaurants nearby except an ice cream shop. We did not rent a car so there wasn’t much within walking distance.

The apartment is cozy and clean and close to the beach. Colleen was very fast responding and super kind and accommodating to our specific needs. I would love to stay here again. I appreciated the insurance requirement as I do have a service dog and helped with extra cleaning fees. Lovely all around!

The property was fantastic and Colleen was very responsive. Unit was exactly as advertised and we definitely enjoyed morning coffee on the balcony! Fort Myers Beach, however, is definitely still rebuilding after Ian. Most of the restaurants and shops are still closed but the crowds were small and beaches were all in good shape. Good luck to all those still rebuilding! This property, however, is in great shape and we would definitely stay here again!

Clean, safe, quiet, amazing amenities, awesome pool; a truly great experience. Condo was perfect with a master suite upstairs and mini suite on the main level. Perfect for my adult son and I. Fully stocked with everything you could need including beach towels, beach chairs, and floaties. The best location, away from the high traffic tourist areas but very close to beach access across Estero Blvd. Owner responded to messages and questions quickly. This was our fifth trip to Fort Myers Beach and by far this was our best condo rental experience. Hoping to book it again in the future. Great beachy getaway!!!

#### Post hurricane solitude
The property was beautiful; loved the fact we were on the 4th floor and could just see the sunset from the condo; pool was fabulous. Beach access was easy, uncrowded but not deserted and they had umbrella-chairs to rent which we took advantage of. If we chose to go out to eat we had to go to the north side of the island (3-4 miles) which took anywhere from 8 minutes to 45 minutes. Caught us by surprise the first night for dinner. Rumor has it in a year or so the amenities will be available in the area (cafes, wave-runners, parasailing) which would make it more attractive although the two adults in our group loved the quiet beach.
