- Location, Location, Location! One of the best locations to stay when visiting Fort Myers Beach! A quiet residential neighborhood street yet a 3 minute walk to the Beach, Main Street, Times Square, the new hotspot Bayside Bark, Restaurants, Margaritaville, Shops, and the best sunsets you've ever seen! No need for a car but there's a large driveway that will fit a trailer too if you're bringing your boat. Only 100 yards to Moss Marina if you want to rent a boat or drop a kayak in the water. You can always just chill and relax in the back yard with the awesome saltwater pool and cook out on the grill and dine by the pool.
This listing is for the entire home. It is a duplex with a 2 bedroom 1 bath in each unit, the upper unit also has a sunroom with a futon. Each unit has a comfortable living room and full kitchen with everything you need. Floors are ceramic and comfortably furnished. Each bedroom offers a queen bed, 32" smart TV and closets for storage. There’s also a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. There's Super fast 1 TB wi-fi speed. TV is streamed via Roku, super easy to use. There's a grill in the back yard by the pool and another gas grill on the upper deck.
