New 3b-2bath home with big private heated pool and hot tub, steps to the beach.

  • Enjoy sunny Fort Myers Beach at this new, 3 bedroom home on the northern end of the island. Very short walk or bike ride to the beach or restaurants. Property has a large private pool and hot tub. Master bedroom has a king bed and en suite bathroom. Second bedroom has a queen bed and shared guest bath. Third bedroom has two sets of bunk beds (both twin over full). Living room has additional queen sofa bed if needed. Enjoyable amenities such as WiFi, flat screen TVs in living room and bedrooms, heated pool and hot tub, grill and AC make your stay exceptional. With three bedrooms, a stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, outdoor dining and a cozy living room this property is perfect for families, couples or friends.
