Ideally located in the city centre in the beach avenue, the accommodation offers easy access to all shops without using your vehicle (private parking). It is located less than a kilometre from the beach (15 minutes walk).
A bedroom and a cabin area make it an ideal place for 4 people including 2 children. The apartment is on the top floor with lift in a small, quiet and recent residence.
The accommodation (42m2) comprises:
- a living room with sofa and TV
- a kitchen area, equipped and furnished
- a balcony with table and chairs
- a large bedroom with a 160 cm double bed, a desk and a cupboard
- a cabin sleeping area (crossing) with 90cm bunk beds
- a bathroom with shower, WC and washing machine
- a private covered parking space in the residence.
The price includes bed linen (sheets) and beds made on arrival as well as the cleaning fee.
Please note: towels are not provided.
A travel cot (bring the sheet) and a booster seat are at your disposal
On arrival, the reception is face-to-face by appointment (no key box) and a deposit check for €500 will be sent to you requested
Pets are not allowed
