— ROOM 5: Very Spacious Living room with 3 Pull out Sofa beds that turn into a full size beds. Living room new full-length wide windows will give you plenty of daylight and a beautiful view of the Private front yard

— Parking: The front of the house has a full driveway with parking for 4 cars

— We have out door security cameras for the safety of our guests. (NO RECORDING)

40% of events held at this place home are family reunions, and people love to cook up a storm. So we make sure to have all the cooking basics you need to make a great meal!

Just bring your own food, and we’ll provide the rest:

— “Dream Kitchen” to cook in and entertain and bring everyone together.

— Dania Beach Casino just a 5 minutes away

— Comes completely stocked with cooking needs, including a huge selection of pots, pans, serving dishes, platters, glasses, cups and more.

— Plenty of cooking knives for the chef’s in the family.

— Enough Forks/Spoons/Knives/Plates for everyone in the family (the house sleeps 16 people, and we’ve never had anyone run out of utensils).

— Coffee machine a kettle. Enjoy an early morning sunrise with fresh coffee or tea on the balcony (a family favorite).

This house is in a nice area close to Hard Rock Casino and Hard Rock Stadium where you can attend concerns or sport events like the Super Bowl, is also close to Hollywood beach. The house is great for Families, Big groups, business trips or Vacations

Guests have exclusive access to the entire private residence during their stay. The home features a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, a comfortable dining area, and a spacious living room. Outdoors, you can enjoy the private pool, a relaxing garden, and a patio area furnished with seating and a barbecue grill. We provide laundry facilities, high speed wireless internet, and televisions for your entertainment. Guests are welcome to use the four dedicated parking spaces on the premises. Access to the property is seamless with our keyless entry system, and we provide beach essentials for your trips to the nearby ocean. Please note that check in begins at 5 pm, and we appreciate your patience during peak seasons if housekeeping requires additional time to ensure the home is perfectly prepared for your arrival.

Whether you are here for a pre cruise stay or a family getaway, our location provides a peaceful base with quick access to all the major local attractions and major airports including Fort Lauderdale Airport which is only 3.6 miles away.

Getting around is simple and convenient from our Hollywood villa. We offer a spacious private driveway with dedicated parking for four vehicles, making it easy for guests traveling by car. For those relying on public transportation or ride sharing services, our location is highly accessible, with ride share services like Uber typically arriving within five minutes of your request. When it comes to air travel, you are perfectly positioned with Fort Lauderdale Hollywood International Airport located just three point six miles away. For those flying into Miami, Miami International Airport is approximately twenty two miles from the property. Whether you are heading to the beach, local dining, or major sporting events, our central location ensures you stay connected to all the best of South Florida.



Other Things to Note:

-Dear guest, please make sure you are responsible for all parcels you ordering before during and after your stay (in case any shipping delay), host doesn't able store or sending it overstate





Once a month a gardening company will enter the backyard to cut the trees and collect dry leaves.



* If something breaks down or doesn't work during your stay, maintenance comes to the unit and fixes it within 24 hours.



If you are staying with us on the days of garbage removal, please place the garbage container outside as provided on the "garbage table" placed inside the house.



We understand that your plans might change, requiring a late check-out or even an extension of your stay. Please be advised that the late check-out is subject to availability, and provided with a fee of $100 for 12 PM or $130 for 2 PM checkout. *Please let us know in chat as soon as possible.
