Niko's Beach Home Perfect Location In The Cove
Welcome to Deerfield Beach! My newly remodeled beach house is the perfect location for surfers, fishermen, snowbirds, or anyone who just wants to get away. 5 min. drive from Mizner Park and only 1.5 miles from Deerfield's "Blue Wave" Beach!
The Space
Welcome to the Cove Neighborhood. My house comes with a surfboard, boogie board, 2 bicycles, a charcoal grill and many other amenities that make this the perfect beach house. Located only 1.5 miles from Deerfield's "Blue Wave" beach and international fishing pier, you will be close to all the shops and restaurants Deerfield has to offer. And if you want something a little more upscale I'm only 5 min drive from Mizner Park in East Boca

You will have access to the entire house including the back patio, which is nice for BBQ!

I will meet you upon arrival and give you my personal recommendations, as well as answer any questions you have regarding the lay of the land.
The Neighborhood
So many good places to visit here! My favorite dive bar is Kahuna's. They feature live bands most nights and reggae on Sunday. Make sure you try the mahi taco's! JB's is a great restaurant for lunch or dinner and they also have live bands located directly on the beach. If you need swimming apparel make sure to stop by Island Water Sports. They also rent boards and bikes!
Getting Around
Beach Rides USA offers free transportation to and from the S Curve (bar location) in a tiki golf cart for free! (website hidden)
Taxis can be reached by dialing (phone number hidden)

Fast Wifi ! speed is up to 100 Mbps Download and 10 Mbps Upload
Newly added pool table! 50 Amp RV connect.
House comes with a full kitchen and everything you need to cook.
This home was built in the 1950's, sometimes in extreme summer heat, the AC can not keep up with the thermostat. It could be 80 when you set it to 72. This is common of older Florida homes.
House also comes with plenty of beach towels.

Niko was on top of all questions I asked. Place was immaculate. Very well organized. Location was great for walking. A few miles from Boca Raton. The Deerfield beach is beautiful and not too busy. A must eat for a great burger and blooming onion is Charm City Burger.

Convenient location
We were welcomed with beautiful bouquets and a nice bottle of wine. Nice touch! House was very clean, comfortable beds. We could have used more seating however. Nice neighborhood but busy street . Nikolas was very responsive to our requests. I would recommend this house.
