Nadine at the checkin desk is the best!!! Her hospitality is unmatched and this hotel is so beautiful with great views from the balconies. The rooms are mini condos with all new upgrades and the beds are very comfortable

The overall experience was good. The elevator wait is an issue. Otherwise it was clean. The apartment was spacious, sub zero frig and a nice view from the balcony.

Wonderful rooms, very spacious for a family of 4. Only problem is the elevators and how long the wait times were for them. Several times during our stay at least one to two elevators were out of service (out of 4). Keep in mind this is a 43-story condominium… we opted a few times to take the stairs from the 26th floor! Amenities were very nice, 2 outdoor pools with plenty of chairs. The beach was across the street, but they reserve 2 chairs and an umbrella per room. We would likely stay here again!

My stay was good overall, I will say at the beginning one of the lady staff had quite an attitude with me for no reason. Besides that, everyone else was kind and my suite was very clean with a lovely view.

This is my 3rd time staying here and each time I hope it will be different and it isn’t. The place is great, amenities are great, the room is spectacular but the elevators!!!!! You can be waiting for 30 minutes and then when you get in, you’re stopping at every single floor. The elevator situation is honestly horrible and so surprising as they have 4 elevators!! Such a shame. Also, the valet situation is awful. You’ll be waiting for your car forever!!!

The hotel room was neat and clean, and the staff was courteous. My family and I overall had an enjoyable stay. However, I am giving a 3-star rating due to a couple of concerns. I had specifically booked a corner city-view room after doing considerable research, but the room provided did not match my selection, which was disappointing. Additionally, the hotel has outsourced its beach seating to a third-party contractor, and the experience there was not pleasant. The contractor was not very courteous, and hotel guests had to wait for nearly an hour to get chairs and an umbrella. It also appeared that priority was given to customers willing to pay an additional $90, while hotel guests were asked to wait until previously occupied chairs became available.
