As your host, I'll be available from 9AM-9PM seven days a week. The preferred method of communication is via the platform but if you have an immediate need you can call me by phone. Large dining table. The bathroom has laundered towels, hand towels, and face cloths, soap, shampoo. The laundry room has a washer and dryer. The kitchen is stocked with the basics. There is a grocery store within a few miles where you can purchase anything else you need in the kitchen. There is a refrigerator, freezer, stove, microwave, toaster, keurig coffee maker, tea kettle, dishwasher, cups, plates, silverware, cutting boards, etc. NOTE: The pack n play and high chair are available but you must notify us the day prior to check-in that you will need these items. Also, please note that the pool is not heated. There is central air, note: the A/C is set at between 70-77. Close by retailers are: Publix, Dunkin Donuts, and Coral Ridge Mall all within 1.9 miles Local attractions: the BEACH!, some of the best restaurants within minutes, Las Olas Blvd, Intercoastal Waterway, Riverfront, The Broward Center of the Performing Arts, The Science and Discovery Center, Water Taxi, BB&T Center (for ice hockey and music lovers) Guest access Guest(s) has access to the entire house. \*\* Other things to note Please note that our pool is serviced twice a week. The communication before checking in was awful. While there, I emailed more than once and never heard back. I asked the property manager to please call me-never did. This home is managed by PMI, property management company and unfortunately takes out the personal attention received when dealing with home owners. I personally used to be an owner and host on VRBO and since more and more management companies have taken over, it is simply not the same. I have had nothing but bad experiences when I have booked through management companies and this time was no different. PLEASE be aware of whom you are booking your stays with and try to book directly with homes managed by the owners and not paid, cold hearted companies. You will have much better experiences like it was intended to be. Thank you! ##### Ori S. It's a 10-minute walk to the beach and to Publix. However, the guest bathroom had small roaches coming from the drain and when we contacted the owner they said pest control would come but the issue persisted until the final days of our stay. The pool didn't seem to have chlorine and nobody came to clean it until two days before we left. Also, the photos listed are old photos, the bedrooms shown all had TVs mounted onto the walls, but they weren't there during our stay. ##### Monica F.
