- Gated private pool house with plenty of parking. This unique 3000sf 3 bedroom, 2 full bath, 2 half bath split level floor plan is located steps away from Fort Lauderdale Beach on the finger streets. It has a lagoon in the backyard with kayaks, that put you right in the heart of Hugh Taylor Birch Park. This house invites you to lounge in your own private pool, take a 2 minute walk to the beach, hangout at each of the themed areas, grill on the barbecue or take the kayaks for a stroll down to Hugh Taylor Birch Park. The entire home has been adorned with new furniture, cookware and decor with the guests needs always in mind. The bench swing pergola is also a nice getaway and the hammock will surely be a hit after long days on the beach. The backyard is also equipped with a mosquito repellent system. Historic Las Olas Blvd and downtown Fort Lauderdale are a short ride share or golf cart service away.
