Enjoy the perfect beach getaway directly on the famous Hollywood Beach Broadwalk, facing the ocean. This beautiful 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo is located in a smaller, upscale, and exclusive building and has successfully passed all required inspections.
It simply does not get any better than this location! Step outside and you are just seconds from the sand, surf, restaurants, and entertainment along the Broadwalk.

Public parking in Hollywood Beach typically can easily exceed $40 per day, and availability is not guaranteed. Having a reserved parking space at the building provides convenience and peace of mind during your stay.

The condo is on the 6th floor and the building has an elevator for easy access.

Great time, great views and a great space. Perfectly located I’ve stayed here many time and feel safe and it’s location is on point. Being in the beach is great. The elevator was being serviced the day we left which we had to climb the stairs but it’s in the description and out of the control of the property owner. I’ll be back again soon!! Really love coming to La playa!!
