Located just 5 minutes from the airport, Midtown, Design District, and Wynwood, 10 minutes from Brickell, and 15 minutes from South Beach. Come experience the best of Miami from our convenient and comfortable home! The house is completely surrounded by a 12 ft fence and gated adding that feeling of privacy and security. You can park 2-3 cars on the property but there is also plenty of free street parking. The property's landscape is meticulously manicured and attended to weekly. The house has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathroom, kitchen, dining room and large living room. The backyard contains plenty of lounge space to soak up the sun. The entire space is artificially turfed. The pool and hot tub are awesome amenities that your group will love. POOL CLEANING: Pool cleaning company comes twice a week usually on Mondays and Thursdays in the morning so don't be alarmed. If you arrive at the property and the pool or hot tub is not cleaned to your standard please reach out and we can send someone. POOL: Please note there is no lifeguard on duty and we ask that all guests enjoy the pool responsibly. The property owners will not be held liable for any pool-related accidents, drowning, or bodily harm/personal injuries. No diving is permitted . No glass is permitted in or near the pool. GARBAGE: The city of Miami removes garbage every MONDAY and THURSDAY morning. We provide three garbage bins on the side of the house. If you are staying during those days, and you feel the need to empty the bins, please put out any used garbage bins on the front of the driveway. If you could please bring the bins back by the side of the house we would appreciate it. If the bins do not need to be emptied don’t even worry about it, our cleaning team will take care of it right after your departure. PARTIES & EVENTS: We do not allow parties, receptions or events. The home is located in a residential neighborhood and local ordinances dictate no excessively loud music or noise after 10PM. This is our most important rule that can result in a termination of your reservation along with additional fees. PARKING: 2 cars can be parked into the driveway through front gate. Free parking on street. PETS: Pets are allowed. If you would like to bring your pet, please let us know in your initial message to us. CAMERAS: These are placed outdoor only, outsourced to an external professional surveillance company solely to be used for security purposes and ensure the safety of the property and traveler. PERSONAL BELONGINGS: The host isn’t responsible for any packages delivery or personal belongings left at the property after check out.
