You will have one side of a duplex building (UNIT #222- also available for short-term stays). Located on a quiet residential street in a safe neighborhood. It is \~2 block walk to the beach. One street south of the property is the bustling Commercial Boulevard where you can enjoy numerous breakfast, lunch, and dinner options: pizza, fish shack, raw bar, ice-cream, gelato, a French bakery- espresso, cocktails, beers, oh my! Great WIFI, DIRECTV and streaming (DirecTV in the living room and smart TV's in every bedroom (DIRECTV app may be accessible in bedrooms), laundry in unit and fastidiously clean.
