I loved the location and the place looked like the pictures no tricks you have your own privacy. The property felt and was very safe with the double electronic entrance. I will definitely keep this in my top stays in FLL, thanks.

The unit we stayed in was clean and nicely decorated with updated furniture and decor. There were adequate amenities in the kitchen and bathroom. The bed was medium firm and very comfortable. The pillows were extremely comfortable.The unit would get humid during the day, and sometimes smelled a little stale when we would return from a day out. We had a lovely view of the river from our balcony, but the pool was right below us and could get noisy at times. The overall complex was not nearly as nice as the unit itself. The hallway carpet had stains and smelled unpleasant at times, and the elevator smelled very musty. We never utilized the pool or the laundry facilities, so I can't speak on those. The parking was good, close to the entrance. The property manager was wonderful and very responsive.

The room was fine but we had issues with streaming because the WIFI dropped often. When we arrived there were garbage cans overflowing with trash and pool was dirty. Hall carpet was stained and there was chipping paint around the elevator. Wouldn’t book again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Cordova Arms! It has a great location, and the staff was very accommodating to our needs! Easy process all throughout and we would definitely choose to stay there again if we are in the area!

Room was clean. Streaming on TV was slow but not that much of an issue.We were in town for basketball tournament so the place served it's purpose. If you plan on cooking in the apartment I do recommend getting your groceries from Publix. The convenient store next door and market across street are a rip off. Lots around if you don't mind walking 5-10 minutes.

Wanted to find a place within walking distance to the Broward County Convention Center that also had a kitchen and landed on the Cordova Arms listing--and I'm so glad I did! It's a convenient walk, the apartment was extremely clean and cool, and the hosts went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. Traveling solo as a woman can sometimes be stressful, but the place was very safe and the other residents I encountered were incredibly friendly--even helping me figure out how to use the laundry facilities! I was able to walk to Whole Foods to get groceries, got Ubers quickly and most importantly--slept great! I didn't use the pool, so I can't speak to that amenity but all the others were excellent and as advertised. I would definitely recommend and stay again!

This is a great property to stay at if you are in the Ft. Lauderdale area. We enjoyed the area that felt less touristy and more laid back. The room felt more like an apartment and less like a cramped hotel room. It is a great place if you need a homebase as you venture out in the area. Biggest perk was the communication with the property management, they were a text or call away and would jump over the building for you if there was any way they could help. We had a small issue, and they treated it like it was the biggest priority of their day.

I had a great experience during my stay at this extended stay property. The overall condition of the property was excellent—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made my stay very enjoyable. The representative who assisted us truly stood out. They were very thorough, patient, and took the time to make sure all of our needs were met. The location was great. Lots of stores within walking distance. The pool was cold and needed to be cleaned, but a nice amenity for children to swim in. Friendly guests. The apartment needed to be cleaned better, it was dirty. Made several complaints and a "cleaning" person came, but still left the apartment dirty.

Kitchen was well equipped and the air conditioning worked excellently! Beautiful view of the water! Lovely screened-in veranda! Easy to access the apartment and it was close to great eating spots and shopping! We walked to the cruise ship terminal from the property!

Unit is very well appointed with all the comforts of home. The location is excellent and conveniently located about 5 minutes from Port Everglades and 15 minutes from central beach or downtown.
