I strongly advise against staying at this property. The landlord fails to deliver what is advertised and shows little accountability. Parking and laundry are advertised as included amenities, but neither meets reasonable expectations. The washing machine and dryer are in an old, poorly maintained laundry room, and each use requires a separate payment. Parking is only reliably available Monday through Wednesday. On other days, unauthorized vehicles occupy the spaces due to the nearby nightlife area. Despite signs threatening towing, the landlord refuses to take action. Instead, guests are told to pay for alternative parking and promised reimbursement upon providing a receipt. We were never reimbursed. Customer service repeatedly promised to connect us with the property manager, but this never happened. A few weeks into our stay, we requested early termination because the landlord was failing to meet their obligations under the agreement. Our request was dismissed, and our concerns were described as minor issues. The apartment also had unresolved electrical problems. Bedroom lights remained on all night and could not be switched off, while other lights and the ventilation fan flickered uncontrollably. Instead of arranging repairs, we were told to pay for an electrician ourselves. We stayed for two months, and despite repeated complaints, these issues remained unresolved. The lack of maintenance, accountability, and professional customer service is unacceptable.
