We stay at Carriage House every time we visit my daughter at FAU. The property is charming, clean, and well cared for with pride. All of the staff are very kind and extremely accommodating! The location is perfect…easy walk to the beach as well as several restaurants. We highly recommend and will continue to keep this as our “go to” when visiting the area! 💗

The property is a cute, cottage looking motel. Outside is clean and well kept. The room was spacious and comfy. Check in was fast and front desk was super friendly. The property is a quick straight walk to the beach. You're also walking distance to all the shops restaurants and the pier. We absolutely loved it and will definitely stay here again!

The property is well maintained, really clean, the stuff and the neighbors were very friendly. Beach and restaurants are within walking distance . Beach was excellent. Overall my trip was excellent. I recommend this place. If one day I visit Deerfield Beach again I will stay there once again. I stayed in room 204 with my friend. That only complaint I have is that A/C unit made alot of noise.

Carriage house is a gem! Located near good eats, treats and the beach. We would definitely return! The only recommendation I’d make is an upgrade to the mattress in 205. It’s time! You can feel the springs and the overall mattress was not comfortable. Other than that, it’s an amazing stay!
