Property was in a great location and plenty of room for all of us. Private and local to restaurants and bars. My only concern would be the A/C could not keep up and the master bedroom and first floor were consistently 78 degrees or so.

The Perfect Getaway Location!

We had an amazing stay at this condo in Lauderdale by the Beach! The accommodations were clean, spacious, and had everything we needed and more. The location was perfect—within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and the beach. We felt well taken care of by our incredible host, who made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this spot and we look forward to booking again in the future!

Great Family Getsway

The townhome is located in great area, close to beach, restaurants and shopping. Very clean and spacious. The pool is a huge plus. This was our third visit and we are confident we will return!

Other rental agencies should study By-the-Sea Vacation Villas Management

A truly great stay in a nicely refreshed condo. Plenty of space the amenities were top notch everything was clean. The pool and back yard area was a little oasis. The condo is located in a great area, close to shops, the grocery store, and the beach. The communication from the management company is how it should be done. Our stay could not have been better. Thank you!

Roomy Home in a Great Location

Villa Granada 34 was lovely and spacious. Lots of amenities such as beach towels, chairs, etc were included. Starter products such as TP, soap, shampoo were sufficient. Check-in and check-out were simple. We had no issues that required us to contact management but they did check in to make sure everything was ok. Best of all was the location of the property. An easy walk to the beach, restaurants, shops, and Publix. We were able to leave the car in the on-site parking and walk everywhere. We will definitely plan on coming back.

Villa Rating

The location was great and the villa was very spacious. Management was extremely helpful and kept in very good touch, making sure we had everything we needed and responded to all of our needs immediately. With that said, I was disappointed in how very bare bones the place was with very cheap and limited things inside. Everything was clearly worn and there was nothing that wowed me about anything. We had to buy a lot of our own things and what was supplied was very cheap. I was expecting more of a luxury type of feel and this was not it.

House requieres renovation

This was our 4th time staying in these properties , and while we enjoyed our visit , we found the house to be run down and lacking important renovations . There was a leak in the master bedroom throughout the stay, and we also had to have the refrigerator and air conditioning to be checked and repaired. Small details like the painting job, show a lack of care and detail, which is a shame considering it is a beautiful home. The couch in the living room is extremely uncomfortable, and the bedroom pillows very thin. The sheets in one of the bedroom had an odd smell upon arrival and we had to re wash. The house overall is very comfortable for a large party and is in an excellent location . The staff is attentive to helping with whatever is needed. We look forward to returning next year and hope the necessary renovations will take place . Thank you,

We had an amazing stay! The house is perfect, spacious, clean, and fully equipped with everything you need. The location couldn't be better!just a 5-minute walk to the beach and surrounded by great restaurants and bars. It was the ideal spot for a relaxing and convenient getaway. Highly recommend and would definitely come back!

Great Family Trip

We had such a wonderful time. We have 4 kids (14,15,17,18) and this place was perfect! Walking distance to great food and shopping. We were within an 8 minutes walk to the beach. We will definitely be back.

Like being home but better
