This property has several different sizes of apartments. Since we were kidless this trip we opted for the smaller one. It truly had all that we needed. The property was just right for my wife and I during our three night stay. We’re outdoor, on-the-go folks and generally only indoors to sleep or escape from weather. Joe is a great host; very responsive. We had one minor issue during our stay and Joe handled it quickly and efficiently. Wonderful and quiet neighborhood with easy walking distance to beach, restaurants, Publix, etc. We would’ve loved to have a cooler to take lunch and drinks to the beach. Then by the third night, it had blown onto the bed and soaked the foot of the bed so we had nice cold feet. I moved to the couch to stay dry. Also when we first arrived, i noticed a slight stink in the air. It may have beeen coming from the trashcan before we had even put anything in there. The remotes for the lights and fans probably interfere with the the other units remotes. Whenever we changed the light or fan, it would become possessed shortly thereafter and start cycling through settings all by itself, very spooky. The hot water tank is only big enough for a 3 minute shower with warm water.
