The property is very conveniently located, very close to Las Olas Boulevard and at New River. It’s ample enough for four people. However it would be nice to improve the furniture as well as the kitchen equipment and ware. The bathrooms are outdated and could be a little more modern.

The room was everything it was depicted in the photos. The view was very calming, nothing crazy and very quiet and peaceful area. Just seconds from the riverwalk which was a nice evening. Coordinating with the host was prompt and swift. Communication was top tier and precise. Definitely 10/10

The location is excellent, right on the canal and very close to everything. We liked the amenities, we had everything needed for our stay. Staff (Jason) was very friendly and responsive, checking often if we needed anything to make our stay comfortable. We definitely would like to stay again at this property.

The building is dated; however, it was especially clean, spacious and organized. The staff at RocketStay were very responsive and considerate of concerns raised during our stay. It was nice having a washer and dryer in the unit to finish laundry before returning home.
