"The property is very run down and dingy. The pool was closed which I did not know when I made my reservation. The snack machine was closed. The blankets on the bed felt like paper hospital blankets. Didn't have the normal things you would usually see in a hotel like at least a bottle of water and maybe a coffee maker. It was just bare bones. Really could use some updating."

"Boogers on the wall in the first unit they “tried” to give us. Gave us another place, cleaner, and nicer. I guess they thought we were college kids. They agreed to give us to free days for the trouble. I tried to use them, restricted the dates you could use them, and took 2 weeks to get them “approved from corporate”. By that time my flights had gone up. No thanks. Told them to keep the free days, not worth the headache. "

"This place was fine. Beach was good except they placed $200 cabanas in front of the other chairs so the ocean view was blocked. We were charged for umbrellas .. even though the price included resort fees. Parking was very high $50! The location was great .. within walking distance to all good activities. The staff were kind .. room was kept clean. Outdoor pool was nice and the bartender was cool. We missed the mermaid show because it was booked for a party. Ask ahead if you’re going specifically for that."
