"The staff were very polite and helpful. The property is in dire need of renovation. The bathroom tile is cracked, the tub doesn’t drain well, the shower temperature control is loose and very finicky, towels were small and cheap. The bed was ok, but pillows were old and lumpy, the sheet was so thin it was almost see-through, and I didn’t feel comfortable that the duvet was clean. The tv is fairly small given the size of the room and all of the bulbs were very dim. The AC and refrigerator were very loud. We stayed to attend graduation at Liberty University, so payed over $350 per night for a mediocre room."

"The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating, but the hotel had a horrible smell of air freshener and skunk. The room was dusty with hair in the tub, and on the counters. I only had one night booked and the price was indicative of the conditions of the hotel. The staff was great, but the cleanliness was lacking."
