The breakfast area was clean and well maintained. Other than that, the floor in the lobby was not mopped, stains on the floor my whole stay, the elevator had a mess of crumbs all over the floor that was not properly cleaned our whole stay. There were stains on our walls in the room. Staff was friendly.

Spacious room (king suite) with 2 bathrooms. Good breakfast and helpful staff. Close to mall and restaurants. My only complaints are that the bathrooms were very tiny with the sink outside the bathroom, which was very inconvenient and the fabric shower curtain with no liner. The rooms were definitely spacious enough for the bathrooms to be larger. Overall decent enough for a 2 night stay.

The hotel was okay. Really nice large breakfast area and good selection. However, we had a bad experinece with being assigned a room near the Flames and Liberty rooms, which our event spaces that can be rented out. We had a party across the hall until midnight with guests coming in and out from the outside of the hotel. It felt unsafe and when we reached out to the hotel staff, they asked them to quiet down but it didn't help. Thankfully they left at midnight but rooms should not be filled around these spaces with people who are not registered guests.

The room was nice. I thought I was getting a handicap room for my mother. Nothing was available. Some guests don't follow the rules. There is no smoking in the hotel. People were smoking pot outside WITH the doors open...smh.. the person on duty did address this with the customers. Very much appreciated. The breakfast(s) they had were good and they always had the coffee containers full! The associates were always helpful and cheerful 😊 Thank you for making our stay worth our time.

This property did not feel safe compared to others in the areas. Very run down with dirty bedding. Breakfast looked like they just kept reheating items from the day before that no one got. I will not stay here again and would caution others who think that the closeness to LU make it a good choice.

We really liked the breakfast and pool! The staff was friendly. The price was very good. The bathroom could use some updating and there was a stale smell in the room that improved if we kept the ac pretty low so probably a moisture/humidity issue. The room was quiet and bed was comfortable. It would be nice if the tv gave you the option to log into your own streaming services.

Nice clean rooms. We had multiple rooms and were put close together on the same floor. Standard hotel breakfast but good. The coffee and hot water wasn’t always available and/or hot, though. Nice gym to workout in.
