Everything was perfection

Air conditioning was great and staff was very friendly! Also in a very convenient location, across the street from LCBO, Shoppers Drug Mart and lots of stores around!

Nice location ,some restaurants, Walmart very close, staff were very nice

The hotel bartender Lena was very welcoming , and accommodating.

Our business travel had us visit twice in one month, so we had two opportunities to experience the hotel. The suite rooms are quite large, and having a living area/kitchen separate from the bedroom is great, so A+ for general space/utility. Unfortunately, having kitchens means people are cooking, and often cooking food that is quite odorous, which can permeate the corridors with strong smells. Our second stay found us above the pool room, so we had a noticeable musty/chlorine odour to contend with, but not bad enough to ask for a different room. The 'business centre' computer wasn't connected to its printer, so we had to ask the front desk to print some files for us—which they were happy to assist with. Both rooms we stayed in were clean enough, but more attention to vacuuming the carpet would remove much more hair from past guests. Our second room's kitchen had a near-finished bottle of vodka in the cupboard above the fridge and several of the cupboard doors were missing their handles. For some reason, cleaning staff would take towels and not replace them. Pool was not very inviting: very cloudy. The complementary breakfast was sufficient, though the eggs were too moist and hash-browns weren't cooked enough. Elevator is painfully slow. General common area cleanliness could be improved. Still, for short stays when you're not spending much time in the room, this location is convenient and satisfactory. Would stay again if no better options were available in same price range.
