Cleaning staff were excellent. Although I had to ask every day for face clothes and extra towels. I was disappointed to hear that we wouldn't be receiving the free breakfast. I purposely chose this hotel for this perk along with the indoor pool.

Hotel location is great. Easy to get to any part of Niagara on foot.
The pool was a hit with the kids.
The hotel staff graciously upgraded a friend to the same floor as us so we could have neighbouring rooms.
Always look to book here when staying in Niagara!
