Just hard to get a massage appointment

My wife & I were very pleased with our overnight stay at the Riu. We rated it at a 5 Star Plus. This is not our normal rating we indicate, how-ever, they definitely deserve it. From the minute we stepped out of the cab at the front door, every employee we delt with was courteous, professional and assisted us. This continued through checking in and being assisted up to our room where the staff member instructed us on the elevator security procedure and on activating the electrical controls within the unit. One of the many features at the hotel is the 'included buffet breakfast' on the second floor. The staff there also follow through being very courteous and professional. No matter how busy your schedule is, definitely take the time to enjoy this breakfast. They have a wide selection of food.

Second time staying here for a quick city get away and again, no complaints and will be back.

No pool no restaurant no nothing.. rooms were good though

Stunning modern hotel with beautiful Japanese aesthetic and everything you could ever think of provided for. True white glove service with the concierge, room service, and included breakfast. Rooms were spacious, modern with heated floors, electric blinds, ease of use for wifi/tv/bluetooth speakers, and included mini bar is fully stocked with snacks and essentials. Loved the included breakfast and the gym is high end. Also, the soaking bathtub is a highlight. Thanks to Chloe and all the staff for making our stay exceptional!
