"The staff were all very nice and the property was clean. What was very ridiculous was that you have to pay for parking. When you go stay at a hotel you oay for the amenities, this includes parking. You have to pay 50.00 per day to park your car then try to find a space. They rent out parking to outsiders and make the guests struggle to find parking. Then for a hotel that size they only have 3 handicapped parking spots. You have to request beds be made and fresh towels or they do not change them out. When I asked about this I was told that they are close to the falls so you have to pay for parking. This to me is crazy"

"The Fallsview Sheraton was a great hotel/resort. You can't beat the location, the view of the falls from the room was exquisite, there are many food and entertainment options in the resort, 2 pools and direct access to the Fallsview Indoor Waterpark. I traveled with my family (5 people in all) and stayed in a standard double queen - the room was a little small, but we weren't in there except to sleep. The beds were very comfortable, but the pillows were flat. The room was clean, well maintained and had a coffee maker (not the best coffee or fixings) and decent mini-fridge. The staff was great - everyone we encountered was very nice and engaging, and also accommodating and knowledgeable. The resort is BIG - expect a lot of walking, especially if you park in the garage. This was perhaps the biggest negative. It took 10-15 mins to walk to and from our car (and in high traffic times even more) with most of the delay waiting for elevators, but there was also a ton of walking. However, if you're in Niagara Falls, you expect the walking. We will definitely consider staying here again."

"They seized our rooms on very short notice (4 days) to be available for potential victims of flooding in another region. I received a phone call at 10PM from an unidentified number doing so. They would not help us to re-book in another property or even another city even after reaching out multiple times to the local property as well as to Wyndham corporate to try to find alternative accommodations. I fully understand that emergencies happen but you should also try to help your customers to have some sort of viable solution if that happens. I think that potential customers should make their plans to visit this property with the knowledge that this could also happen to them as well."
