  • Adorable 2 bedroom, 1 bath home with the Best front porch in town! Walking distance to CSU and Old Town. Relax on the Front porch and enjoy the shade from the many trees. Home is clean and comfortable, perfect a getaway with all the amities of home.

    FREE Parking spot fits 2 vehicles and is included.
    (No street parking M-F, 8-5 permit is required)

    I live in the Basement apartment with separate entrance. No guest access to the Back yard.
