  • Enjoy our brand-new home! Our place is close to everything Fort Collins! New Belgium Brewery is a short walk away - so close you'll smell fresh hops in the morning! Downtown Fort Collins, where all the best restaurants, bars, and shopping are, is also within walking distance! You’ll love my place for the incredible new construction, the shared rooftop patio with a hot tub and views of the Rocky Mountains, and its prime location in Fort Collins! We put our money where our mouth is and have invested in making the property carbon-neutral and powered by renewables. This is Fort Collins' premiere vacation rental!
