"I had high hopes for a welcoming and hospitable experience at this resort, but unfortunately, the staff seemed more preoccupied with cleaning than with being friendly and approachable. The food was decent, but I would appreciate more variety. The drinks were also lacking in quality. Perhaps there are unhappy employees, as the customer service could definitely use improvement. On the bright side, the beach was probably the best part of the resort. "

When encountering any issues they both went hugely above and beyond to find a solution as efficiently and expeditiously as possible.
